Claudio brings over 20 years of global channel marketing experience to hawkeye. He is a channel marketing expert with broad knowledge in strategy development, market management and channel sales planning who has developed and executed major go-to-market programs for a variety of vendors, including AMD, BlackBerry, Cisco, EMC, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, Symantec and VMware, among others.
Claudio is a management strategist with cross-functional expertise in business, finance, sales and marketing, strategic planning, and customer relationship management; an area he has excelled at by executing complex CRM implementations, customizations and business process re-engineering for CRM applications. He keeps current with changes in technology and is passionate about the business implications of new technology. Claudio is an avid social media user and early adopter of social CRM.
Prior to joining hawkeye Channel, Claudio led the channel practice at Grass Roots for six years, and as Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, was responsible for leading strategic channel initiatives and personally managing the relationship with F100 clients. Before this time, he held executive management positions with BitTime, Teleflex and AMF. Claudio holds a BS on International Business Administration from Universidad Catolica de Chile and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Dave is responsible for managing hawkeye’s channelCRM technology solutions. Blending 20 years of progressive experience in channel marketing, information technology, systems design and operations, Dave is able to distill these disciplines into a cohesive vision that enables him to design and deliver best-in-class partner relationship management (PRM) solutions within our clients’ CRM environments.
From 2007-2010, Dave opened and managed hawkeye’s Singapore office in support of clients and operations in the Asia/Pacific region. From 2000-2006, Dave filled a variety of executive management functions including management of hawkeye Channel’s technology team, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Solutions Architect. Dave is responsible for the design and development of many of the core services provided by hawkeye’s Channel Practice today.
In 1996 he co-founded Cohesion, a leading channel marketing agency, and as Executive Vice President of technology, guided the development of its web-driven channel marketing solutions. Ian is a data-driven marketer with over 17 years’ experience working in direct, channel and loyalty marketing. Since 2000, Ian’s focus has been the high-tech channel where he has developed data-led strategies and programs to optimize his client’s channel business, improve the relationship with current partners and increase sales through the channel. Her experience spans from partner ecosystem strategy development to tactical implementation of channel sales and marketing programs addressing acquisition, education, retention and revenue growth of partners. As an executive at both small and larger companies, Dale has gained in-depth knowledge of successful partner engagement in the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and international sectors.
Dale’s background also includes experience at Mindjet Corporation where she was a Global Partner Program Manager. Dale developed the company’s overall partner strategy to align with corporate goals, and successfully designed and implemented a partner program to bring on, motivate and measure the partners that would help Mindjet to reach those goals.
Prior to joining hawkeye Channel, Dale held Marketing, Strategic Alliances, and Professional Services roles at CCI, where she spearheaded the development of a strategic account management team that significantly grew revenue with such clients as Verizon, Comcast, Motorola, VMware and NetApp, and launched their channel consulting business providing best practices guidance around program strategy and design.
